(Home and Community-Based Options Waiver) Home Care Services
The Living at Home Waiver Program that we offer are for people with physical disabilities, who are between the ages of 18 to 64, and need assistance with daily living to be able to to live in their own home. We provide the following services under the Living at Home Waiver:
- Attendant Care
- Nursing Supervision of Attendants
- Family Training

Private Duty Service is an “at home” nursing service for people who desire to stay in their own home, but cannot do so without assistance. We specialize in assisting individuals during their time of need, whether it is during rehabilitation, post-operative care, or just to help maintain an independent lifestyle. Our care aides are trained in the proper techniques for lifting someone from a bed to a chair, from the chair to standing, and the like. They are trained to assist an individual with personal hygiene tasks while maintaining the dignity of the client.
Our Private Duty Aides are trained to assist with a wide variety of services, including:
